In the financial sector, implemented Salesforce at the enterprise level, onboarding 3500 reps to the new platform.
Lead $5M project to deliver feature enhancements within Salesforce.
Project 2 - Workday
In the transportation industry, lead a program initiative to transition the agency to Workday. This involved cross-functional project planning and organizational change management to ensure a seamless transition.
Project 3 - Square Payments
Lead a team in the transportation industry to upgrade all point-of-sale kiosks to the Square platform. This would allow for easier ticket sales and data tracking.
Project 4 - Strategic Planning
In the energy sector, provided clear and effective strategic plan to VP of Strategy ensuring alignment of PMO with company vision.
Performed role as Scrum Master with software development team to execute a field texting program, resulting in 3%-5% increase in sales volume.
Project 5 - Internal Audits
Performed an audit of 700k demo line phones in telecom. Gathered data while focusing on vulnerabilities and patterns. Worked cross-functionally with various departments and regulated the demo phone program. Result - reduction in almost 500k lines and a streamlined program, ultimately resulting in $14M/year in cost savings.
